NovAliB library

Valuable starting points for drug discovery

The NovAliB library contains 116,000 compounds including a subset of around 25,000 fragments (substances of molecular weight < 300 Da). The library conforms to common medicinal chemistry design rules and offers significant coverage of chemical space through a unique combination of fragments and larger lead like compounds. The compounds are tethered as self-assembled monolayers to the thiol-reactive surfaces of the proprietary NovAliX chemical microarray SPR screening platform. Tens of thousands of compounds are screened simultaneously.

NovAliX scientists have designed this library and a lot of effort continues to be invested into the enrichment, renewal and evolution of those libraries taking into account diversity, covering of chemical and biological space as well as benefiting from historical performance measurements.
