Prof. Kurt Wüthrich, Keynote Speaker
The Programme of the 6th edition will cover current hot topics including the complementarity between two major structural biology techniques, X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM.
We are extremely honoured to announce that Professor Kurt Wüthrich (The Scripps Reseach Institute, US & ETH Zurich, CH), Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2002, has accepted to deliver the keynote lecture!
Prof. Wüthrich’s research focuses on structural biology and structural genomics. His specialty is nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy of biological macromolecules, where he contributed the NMR method of three-dimensional structure determination of proteins and nucleic acids in solution. His lecture will cover recent research on the integrative structural biology of GPCRs.
In addition, 18 invited speakers have confirmed their participation. Check the final list of Confirmed Speakers here.
The Programme will be completed by Oral Communications, Short Exhibitor Presentations, a Poster Session and a Commercial Exhibition.
The deadline for submission of Oral Communications is approaching! Submit your abstract until January 22. Out of the submitted proposals, 10 Oral Communications will be selected. The other accepted abstracts will get the opportunity to be presented as posters.
- Deadline for Oral Communications and free Posters is January 22, 2019.
- From January 23 to February 14 included, poster submission is still open, but subject to the prior payment of 50€ handling fees.
